Wednesday 20th of February, on the Castelletto di Branduzzo circuit, Boris Chambon began to move "first steps” on his new motorcycle.
There was all the technical staff from Pesaro aware of the fact that the first approach would be important and nothing could be left to chance.
Only few laps for Boris to establish a good feeling with the "factory made in Pesaro" characterized by electronic fuel injection. At the end of the day technicians and rider were very satisfied with the work and Boris has so commented: "…… .. Fantastic! It’s the first time that happen I ride a new motorcycle and immediately I find the right feeling. I knew that this bike had a great engine but I did not believe it was also so well manageable. We must wait for the temperature raise a little to find the right setting of suspensions but I am confident that for the beginning of the championship it will be all right… .. ".
Boris this weekend take part in an indoor Supermoto race in France even though the true debut is scheduled for the first round of the Italian championship that will take place in Ottobiano the 30th of March 2008.
Present at this test also Alex Serafini who is preparing for his second world championship season and Davide Gozzini but only as a spectator because he is still convalescent for the operation had to remove his tonsils.
The Team will be fully on track in Ottobiano 1 March 08 for the tests Dunlop organized from the promoter of the Supermoto world championship.
